It has been providing CSR services its employee helpline in China for many years. Handshake’s impartial staff are excellent at documenting situations that are often hidden by mid-level managers and bringing them to the attention of factory owners and general managers.
The Fusion – Handshake Feedback Solution
Fusion and Handshake have been collaborating as strategic partners for approximately two years. Our unique solution provides the perfect mix of third-party expertise and on-the-ground action.
Factory management is informed of worker conditions via the Handshake call center. Then the Fusion Consulting group provides the verification, analysis, and corrections that the factory needs. In some incidents, the Fusion Handshake Feedback System prevents the factory’s upper management from hiding information.
Many brands have requested we continue to implement this system, and we are coming up with other innovative ways to do so.
