Ms. Lisa Long – CSR Specialist

Ms. Lisa Long is a Corporate Social Responsibility specialist at Fusion.

Ms. Long graduated from Hunan Agricultural University. After her graduation, she worked as a teacher for nearly a year, and gained plenty of experience in conducting and training.

Subsequently, she worked for a successful shoes manufacturer—Hong Fu Group— as a CSR specialist. During her employment, she had been systematically and comprehensively trained by Sun Yat-Sen University, Sumerra, and other organizations specializing in EHS, and subsequently obtained corresponding certifications. In addition to her law degree, which provides her with deep understanding of the concept of PRC Law and the Modules of Labor Law, Ms. Long was extremely professional and competent during her employment in Hong Fu Group. She was highly valued by the senior management, so she was transferred from the Group Headquarters to the Chang An and Sha Tian factories to be the head of CSR, in which she contributed in cultivating talents, resolving internal CSR issues, assisting the Brand’s auditing process and more.

After Ms. Long signed to Fusion as a CSR specialist, with her outstanding professionalism and comprehension of CSR, she has developed very quickly in consultant work. She visits factories independently and helps them to resolve all kinds of CSR issues. Her personal motto: “Everyone should try their best to discover their potential to the greatest extent in order to achieve their goals. Great effort may not achieve success, but giving up is doomed to fail.” “Achieving sustainability for the brands, the factories and the employees” is her mission for continued success.
