Ms. Judy Zhu is the Director of Consulting Services at Fusion.
Ms. Zhu helped found Fusion in October 2009. She is responsible for ensuring that our consulting services meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Recognized as one of the company’s most trusted and accomplished Senior Compliance Specialists, Ms. Zhu offers more than 10 years’ experience in factory human resources, compliance program development and implementation, evaluation and monitoring, improvement strategies for productivity enhancement and training for all levels at the factory, including senior management. She has successfully tailored, implemented and sustained compliance programs for many famous global brands.
Prior to Fusion, Ms. Zhu was the first consultant hired at renowned NarrowGate Services International Limited. Along with the founders, she went on to personally interview every future consultant, as well as ensure excellent quality in NarrowGate's training and consulting services. In addition to providing top level consulting at dozens of factories across China, Judy also served as the Manager of Business Development, and personally met with factory owners and international brand representatives. During her years at NarrowGate, Ms. Zhu worked with scores of brands from all over the world.
Prior to NarrowGate, Ms. Zhu ensured fair labor practices within the knitting division at Esquel Group in Jiangsu, a leading producer of premium cotton shirts for many distinguished brands.
Earlier experience includes her work as assistant to the general managers of Shanghai Huaxin Co., Ltd. and at Beijing Dyne Group.
Ms. Zhu obtained her law degree from Southeast University in Nanjing and majored in business administration at the Beijing Institute of Technology. In addition to her formal education, she holds certificates in CSR Asia — Good Labor Practices and in ISO 9001 – 2000.
