Mr. Lan De – Consulting Manager, Continuous Improvement

Mr. Lan De is the Fusion’s Consulting Manager of Continuous Improvement.

Mr. Lan De is a Senior Productivity & Efficiency Consultant with more than 13 years relevant experience in manufacturing and consulting. With experience across a wide variety of verticals – shoes, ladies apparel, handbags and toys to name a few – Mr. De has had fantastic success with improving factories’ profitability.

His strong interpersonal skills and persuasive training methods have earned Mr. De the trust of his clients, equipping their staff to affect productive change in systems and management. Mr. De has cooperated with many famous global brands in the course of his factory consulting.

Prior to Fusion, Mr. De worked for the NarrowGate team since 2004. He worked with more than 100 factories to carry out baseline evaluations of social compliance systems and production planning, developed sustainable work improvement plans and implemented training programs.

Prior to joining NarrowGate, Mr. De gained valuable experience in social compliance, ISO, safety and productivity management through positions with Guangzhou-based Jetta Group and Ever Island (Dongguan). During his seven years with Jetta, Mr. De set up the company’s entire social compliance program for the Group’s 40,000 workers.

He graduated from Guangxi Normal University in 1995, and through continuing professional development has been accredited for work as a safety officer, security manager, ISO internal auditor, OHSAS, OHSMS and OHASA 18001.
