Mr. Boris Li – Continuous Improvement Consultant

Mr. Boris Li, now serving as a continuous improvement consultant in Fusion, is a certificated enterprise management consultant as well as a psychological counselor with a Level Three psychological counselor certificate. He has over thirteen years’ experience in consulting and manufacturing, including six years’ consulting experience on enterprise management in industries like footwear, apparel, bags & cases, hardware, telecoms—just to name a few.

Mr. Boris Li is good at applying lean production philosophy into the actual operation of Chinese corporations by identifying the most suitable breakthrough point to make improvement and integrating LEAN and TOC, with both the current situation of the corporation and its future development strategy being taken into full consideration. Besides, in the field of building up a high-performance team, Mr. Boris Li also has great ability and rich experience. He once helped a client quickly transform a family-run workshop into a professional management team, breaking through the bottleneck of the development of patriarch-based business and then gaining a significant increase in sales of average 50% annually.

Prior to Fusion, Mr. Boris Li once worked for Dongguan Yue Yuen Footwear Factory (the Gaobu branch), Juyuan Footwear Factory, Pou Yuen Tech, Qingquan Enterprise Management Ltd. and Yide Enterprise Management Ltd., during which he gained lots of experience in the areas of Production Planning & Control, IE, 6S, JIT, Lean Production, Business Process Optimization, Human Resources Management, Marketing Management, etc. Also, during his career in management consulting, he lectured in several dozens of enterprise management training courses and thus gained a great deal of experience of giving lectures and conducting training.

Mr. Boris Li graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University. In his spare time, he is eager for knowledge. He obtained Level Three Psychological Counselor Certificate and Enterprise Management Consultant Certificate through hard work and diligence.
