Danny Wang – Continuous Improvement Consultant

Mr. Wang has ten years of experience in the field of 5S/IE/LP/TPM. He has worked in foreign multinational companies for 5 years and as an industry guidance consultant for 5 years. He has over 7 years of experience in the promotion of lean production, and is more than proficient in lean production and improvements related to IE. Moreover, he has a good command of operating modes of IE in the manufacturing industry and possesses the capability to apply IE systems to actual production and manage the IE team.

Mr. Wang has unique insight into the efficiency analysis of production line workers, lean production, improvement of equipment and assembly efficiency, and shortening the production cycle to ensure the corporation minimized costs and maximized production as a principle.

Prior to Fusion, Danny Wang worked for the Shenzhen Foxconn Group and the Shenzhen Simatelex Company as an IE project leader and many other big companies, such as Guangzhou Dbolo, Jiangsu YSS and Anshan Huntoon. He introduced IE into plants many times and gradually set up the IE systems suitable for companies’ development.

Danny Wang is an expert who has years of experience of work-site management and IE.  Since becoming a consultant, he has taken part in several improvement projects for domestic small and medium corporations.
